I'm a big fan of Anthony Bourdain. Usually while writing something about food, or anything for that matter, I hear his voice dictating what I'm writing. He's speaking it and I'm writing. From the pauses, to the jokes, to the sarcasm, I'm writing it all down. And what better way to celebrate him being awesome is watching a video of him pronouncing different types of cured meats and salami while hanging around eating with a bunch of Sicilians.
